I am an Asian-American graphic designer based in Jacksonville, Florida. My design interests include branding, visual systems, and packaging. While I don’t stick to one distinctive style, I enjoy using my drawing background with physical materials, like gouache and markers, to incorporate illustrative elements and colorful palettes into my design work. Having a varied style and incorporating illustrations into my work has allowed me to adapt to different projects. As I am bilingual in Chinese and English, I enjoy creating personal projects relating to culture—mostly involving how I personally connect to my Taiwanese background through food and language. I am graduating from the University of Florida in the Spring of 2021 with a BFA in graphic design and am eager to find an opportunity to further expand my experience as a designer.
